They must read as a service the group delivers, not as a person the group supplies. Deliverables, acceptance criteria, the group's retained supervision and its responsibility for the outcome all need to appear on the page, because the statutory offsite test asks who controls the work and whether the arrangement is essentially labour for hire.
The contract, not the intention, is what a reviewer reads
Groups in this position usually intend the right structure and document the wrong one, because commercial templates are written to reassure a client that its own managers will direct the visitor. Every such reassurance is evidence against the petition. The agreement should identify the deliverable, which here is a commissioned and validated installation of the group's platform, set out phases and acceptance tests, and state that the group directs and supervises its own personnel and remains responsible for the work.
Rates should be tied to the deliverable rather than to hours of a named individual wherever that is commercially possible. Alongside the contracts, the file should show the internal side of the same fact: her reporting line within the group, who sets her schedule, who conducts her review, and who she escalates a technical dispute to. An itinerary of the intended placements, with dates and locations, is normally expected where the work moves between sites.
